The work starts before the shipment does. Send us the commercial invoice, the packing list and the transport document — the bill of lading for sea cargo or the air waybill for air cargo — while the goods are still travelling, and we prepare and check the customs declaration so the file is complete when they arrive. If your type of goods generally calls for an additional certificate or permit, we tell you before it becomes a delay, and we attend to the formalities at the port or airport ourselves rather than passing the file to somebody else.

Clearance rarely stands alone, so we plan what follows it as part of the same job: collection and delivery to your premises, or storage when the goods should wait before the import formalities are completed. Everything is coordinated from our head office in Larnaca, on one schedule, by the team that handled the declaration.
