This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website, and what cookies it sets. It applies to tsaggarisbros.com.

What the contact form collects, and why

The contact form on our Contact page asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are enquiring about (optional), and your message. We ask for this information so that we can understand your enquiry and reply to you — nothing more.

Where it is stored, and who receives it

When you submit the contact form, your answers are saved in this website's own database (visible to our staff as form reports in the site dashboard) and are also emailed to our office inbox so a member of our team can respond. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for marketing.

We keep enquiry submissions for as long as is reasonably needed to deal with your enquiry and for our own records afterwards. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Google reCAPTCHA

The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, a free service from Google that helps us stop automated spam. It loads only on the Contact page and analyses your interaction with the page to tell people from bots. Google reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies and processes data under Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service — we do not control what Google does with that data.

Cookies on this site

We keep the list of cookies this site can set short:

• CONCRETE — a session cookie set by the website software that runs this site (Concrete CMS). It only appears when a page needs a session, for example while using the contact form, and it is deleted when your browser session ends. It does not track you across other websites.
• Google reCAPTCHA cookies — set by Google only on the Contact page, as described above.

The small cookie banner you see on your first visit does not itself set a cookie. Dismissing it is remembered only as a flag in your browser's local storage (localStorage), which stays on your own device and is never sent to us.

We do not install any analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection: www.dataprotection.gov.cy.
