About Us
A family company clearing goods through Cyprus customs since 1988.
Tsaggaris Bros Clearing Ltd is a family company, formed in 1988 by two brothers, Nikos and Yiannakis Tsaggaris. It began in customs clearing, and it is now one of the leading freight forwarding and customs broking firms in Cyprus.
Two brothers and a customs licence
The company has held its licence to clear goods through Cyprus customs since 1988, the year the brothers formed it. Customs clearing was the trade they started in — it is in the company's name to this day. Nikos Tsaggaris is personally a member of the International Federation of Customs Brokers Associations (IFCBA), and the company is a member of the Cyprus Customs Brokers Association.
From clearing to full-scale logistics
After years of successful operation, the company expanded beyond clearance and developed a network that handles full-scale business logistics: sea and air freight forwarding, inland transport, cargo insurance, and warehousing and bonded services, alongside the customs clearing it began with. Everything is coordinated from our head office in Larnaca.
Our own personnel are at Limassol and Larnaca ports and at Larnaca and Paphos airports every day, so goods arriving in Cyprus are usually cleared within 24 hours of arrival.
How we work
Our reliability has been tested over decades of daily work at the ports and airports of Cyprus. A family company answers for its own work, and this one has carried the brothers' name since 1988.
Our greatest asset is our knowledge of customs procedures, applied with integrity and objectivity in the interest of our customers.
And we believe in old-fashioned customer service, combined with the latest technology that current freight forwarding demands. You deal with people who know your file and answer for it, supported by systems that keep you informed of where your goods stand.
